Goats produce about 2% of the world’s total annual milk supply. Even some goats are bred for only. Goat's accounts 65 percent to 72 all consumed worldwide, since easier keep than cows, and goat is a high amount calories, protein, lipids. Many people in many places prefer cow because it thicker creamier. In addition this, has more nutrients that offer lot health benefits such as easy digestion, low risk allergies, cardiovascular advantages. Magnesium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin A abundant milk. It aids treatment issues including cataracts, certain types cancer, measles. Goat not only specialty beverage, but can be better option or plant variety benefits. this review, brief composition milk, its nutraceutical powers explored.
